On November 28, 2020 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected on the grounds of laches a Republican challenge to "universal mail-in voting".   Is there merit nonetheless to the  Republican challenge to the state Supreme Court's decisions in Kelly v. Commonwealth allowing  any qualified person to vote by mail  in a federal election which is still pending before the United States Supreme Court on petition for certification (#20-740 sub nom Bognet v. Boockvar ?  Adams County, whose seat is Gettysburg, invoked the legacy of the civil war battle to defend its conduct of the election, in opposition to the brief of the challengers of the Presidential election.
