There would be plenty of outrage if the police seen here were in China. There would be high level statements from the Department of State and lamentations by Presidential candidates. If it happened in Birmingham Alabama in 1963 there would have been national outrage. But this happened at the University of California - Davis and the reaction so far is minimal.
